Meet Anna

I’ve been through a lot of things in life that have led me to this precise place, exactly where I’m supposed to be. I always wanted to help others, I just never imagined it would be through my own fitness journey. I used to be incredibly ashamed of the way I lived and the way I looked. I just wanted to be strong and at peace with myself, so I finally decided to make a REAL change. Baby steps at first, but I found comfort in lifting weight, pushing myself past the point I thought I could go, lifting heavier than I ever thought I’d be able to, realizing how strong I really am. I’ve discovered my light, and I want to keep shining that light on others.

I motivate through vulnerability and accountability. We’ve all been through real things in our lives, I try to let my story motivate me. I try to hold myself accountable so I’m able hold others accountable. I try to walk the walk.

I try to live a life that I can be proud of. I try to be consistent and responsible, meeting my commitments, even on those rough days. I try to be mindful of the way I show up in all areas of my life, and I continue to learn and grow every day.
