It’s another great week and we started it off ri It’s another great week and we started it off right this morning with some Super Strength French Toast. 💪☀️
This delicious recipe is our feature for #MenuMonday so let’s go…

Super Strength French Toast

Ingredients

9 Slices of Low Calorie Bread
2 ½ Cups/550g of Liquid Egg Whites
3 Eggs/150g
2 Tbsp/30g of Monk Fruit
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
0 Calorie Confectioners sugar
Sugar free syrup
Whipped Cream

Instructions

1.) In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, egg whites, monk fruit, vanilla extract and cinnamon together and whisk together for about 30 seconds.
2.) Add your white bread to the mix and let it soak for 10 minutes. (Bread will be soggy so be careful!)
3.) Heat a skillet to medium low heat and spray non-stick.
4.) Place the toast on the skillet and press down.
5.) Spoon any extra egg mixture onto the french toast.
6.) Once the toast is nicely browned (4-5 minutes) flip the french toast.
7.) Cook for another 3-5 minutes and remove from the heat and place toast on a plate.
8.) Spread sugar free syrup on the toast, add whipped cream, then sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
9.) Enjoy!

Macros: (3 toast per serving)

Carbs: 42.5g per serving
Fats: 8.6g per serving
Protein: 34g per serving

Atmosphere is very empowering and uplifting. I never feel unsafe or insecure. I feel like people are actually there to workout.

What is your favorite thing about The Hub Gym?

What have you learned about yourself while being a member of The Hub Gym?
I’m capable of more than I thought. Went from doing 0 pullups last year to 5 pullups this year and from 0 dips to 10 dips. Never thought I could do that.

The dumbbells go up to very high weight in comparison to other gyms. Also, the staff is amazing, I can’t stress that enough!

Hard work pays off! My confidence is better than it’s ever been. This gym is the best!

On this edition of #MenuMonday Coach Lex has cooke On this edition of #MenuMonday Coach Lex has cooked up a summer treat sure to go great with all of this HEAT! 🔥☀️

Key Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp minced garlic
4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
limes for garnish optional

Directions:

Cut chicken into one inch squares.
Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
Place the chicken breasts in a gallon sized bag and let marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Baste chicken with sauce once you place them on the grill. 
Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.

Next time you fire up the grill, be sure to give this a try!

I have been to several other gyms and The Hub stands out when it comes to service. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help.

What is your favorite thing about The Hub Gym?
My favorite thing about the gym is their passion for fitness and health. They take each member’s needs into consideration and help them any way they can.

What have you learned about yourself while being a member of The Hub Gym?
I have learned more about Functional Fitness and you need more than just heavy weights. My overall health and strength has increased so much since I have joined The Hub.
