On this edition of #MenuMonday Coach Lex has cooke On this edition of #MenuMonday Coach Lex has cooked up a summer treat sure to go great with all of this HEAT! 🔥☀️

Key Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of 2 limes
2 tsp minced garlic
4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
limes for garnish optional

Directions:

Cut chicken into one inch squares.
Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and garlic in a small bowl.
Place the chicken breasts in a gallon sized bag and let marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Baste chicken with sauce once you place them on the grill. 
Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side until no longer pink in the center.

Next time you fire up the grill, be sure to give this a try!

I have been to several other gyms and The Hub stands out when it comes to service. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help.

What is your favorite thing about The Hub Gym?
My favorite thing about the gym is their passion for fitness and health. They take each member’s needs into consideration and help them any way they can.

What have you learned about yourself while being a member of The Hub Gym?
I have learned more about Functional Fitness and you need more than just heavy weights. My overall health and strength has increased so much since I have joined The Hub.

1tbsp Banana Jello mix
*Stir contents into consistent texture*
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 cup Premier Protein Cereal topping

Carbs: 40g
Fat: 9g

Kettlebell Workout (30 minutes)

Warm-up (5min)
6 Inchworms
6 Table Top Reaches
6 Palms Down Squats
10 X-Reaches
10 Can Openers

Part 1 (12min) Should be with 12 rep max weight

Kettlebell Deadlifts - 6-8 Reps
Kettlebell Pull-over - 6-8 Reps
Half-Kneeling Kettlebell Press - 6-8 Reps Per Side
Cobra Push-Ups - 6-8 Reps

Part 2 (10min) 

Pull-Up/TRX Row - 4-8 Reps
Pendulums - 4-8 Reps
Kettlebell Halo - 8 Reps
Plank Press - 10 Reps

Banana Peanut Butter Roll-Up

Ingredients:

½ banana
1 tbsp. peanut butter
dash of cinnamon
1 medium whole grain tortilla

Directions:

Lay the tortilla out flat.
Spread peanut butter all over the tortilla.
Slice ½ banana into small pieces and lay flat on tortilla.
Fold in the top, bottom and sides of the tortilla and roll it together creating a burrito.
Enjoy!

333 Calories, 39g Carbs, 11g Fat, 8g Protein.
