It’s time to dust off the old bicycle and spin your way to The HUB – we’ve got a handy-dandy bike rack waiting on you. We love cycling and want to promote the fun and benefits of riding a bike, whether it’s to the gym, in the gym, or around the block.

Spin Class

Turn the the music up, and let's go! If you’ve never tried a spin class you’re going to want to, well, give it a spin! It’s been found that people can burn more than 600 calories in a one hour spin class. If that’s not enough to get you in the saddle, try this – spin is fun, invigorating, a bit addictive, and a great aerobic workout.

The HUB has a dedicated spin room and great spin instructors. Currently spin classes are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm. Make sure to check the schedule for the most up to date dates and times.

The Hub Cycling Club

From road bikes to cruisers, to bikes with baskets, and even bikes with baby seats on the back, we have a place for you and your metal steed of choice. Aside from being just plain fun, cycling is a great workout. And you don’t have to be Lance Armstrong to ride with The HUB Club. Once a month we have a community bike ride that will meet at The HUB and take off, as well as informational cycling seminars and events.
